Red-tailed Tropicbird recorded in Canberra

Apparently its a White-tailed Tropicbird.  The FB group is private  (ie members only can see posts)

photograph in a box of a juvenile Red-tailed Tropicbird  (or possibly a
White-tailed tropicbird) supposedly found somewhere in Canberra. I will
see if I can get more details on this record and try and get the
photograph passed on to COG's rarities panel. There have been one or two
records of this species on the NSW coast as well as quite a few Sooty
Terns, mostly juveniles, following the massive rain event of the last week.
