Hi Lori

Great to see that the Gwydir wetlands are being used again. They are obviously a very important stopover site.

It will be good to keep tracking them.

Great work.

Hi All,

Our latest satellite tracking data show that our two tracked Snipe have left Jerra Wetlands and headed north as part of their migration.

64 is NW of Newcastle, not far from Lake Saint Clair and 59 is in Gwydir wetlands!!! How exciting!

For the full update and a map go to https://lathamssnipeproject.wordpress.com/news/

We now get a fix every couple of days so the updates will be a bit more frequent.

Cheers Lori
