Those banded choughs must be very old . When I worked at ADFA the Heinsohn clan 
were regular visitors and that was at least 20 years ago.

We have a very active flock behind Giralang Primary School they have been 
around that area for many years , I released a juvenile ( car accident & I 
couldn’t find the original family ) into the flock last year when they had a 
nest between the Jewish School  & Primary School .

I will keep an eye out .
