AS with everything about the fires there seems to be a lot of misinformation around. An escorted convoy has just left Mallacoota and the official view was that people in the convoy would
have to go past Eden to get accommodation. Other comments, from people who had previously evacuated to Eden have subsequently said there is plenty of accommodation there.
