Roger, very interesting.  I can’t recall a Koel ever coming to a water bath, certainly none of the 6 of so different types I have in my garden.  If I recall correctly Shorty has, but has anyone else ever had them there?  Jack Holland

                          A first for our garden, a male Koel at our water bath and also a kookaburra that has taken a liking to our goldfish, I get the feeling that he might end up as a regular visitor.
