Interesting yes, worth mentioning and my view of the context of interest is I think though that it is not surprising. There is not a lot of suitable other nearby places for such a bird to go. A lot of Aus bush birds are very sedentary. And I have no idea if it is the same bird and no I have not been there to look.

Interesting how long one of these birds (an assumption that it is the same bird) has been in the same locality. I photographed a Bassian Thrush on the 30th May in Section 26, and on the 7th of June in Section 28. Getting on for 2 months now that it has been seen around Section 28 this past week.
