A new parrot species taking advantage of the flush of growth on the Rocky Knob African Boxthorn.  In the depths of the bush, the parrot’s green makes a good match with the foliage.  Like other parrots and cockatoos, this lorikeet nibbles the leaf to obtain the juice.  Snapped on this morning’s dog walk.
