Been a bit slack bird wise for me this past week. However there were other fine things to observe. One of which has been Golden sun moths in Gungahlin's grassland reserves. They are putting on a good show at the moment, but they are very patchy
in occurrence within habitat.
I've filmed some aspects of the brief life of the adult moths as they go about finding each other, mating and laying eggs. Filmed in Mullangarri Grasslands Reserve and Mulligan’s Flat over the last week.
