On Monday & Thursday I watched a pair of Wedge-tailed Eagles over home. Likely the ones that breed on McQuoids Hill or Bullen Range. Maybe this happens often but I can’t be outside watching the sky all the time. Although sudden loud panic from the cockatoos or calls from the ravens & magpies are helps to finding them. On Thursday one of the pair was observed to do the long deep sky dive that is regarded as part of their display.
