Where are the Silver Gulls?

I’ve seen large numbers of Silver Gulls roosting at the new park at the north west end of Commonwealth Ave Bridge. They have been there sporadically in the evening over the last 12 months or so.

Has anyone seen any large concentration of Gulls recently? I would like to find out whether they have decided to breed locally elsewhere or whether they have left the district.
