Do a search for Lutino Crimson Rosella or Crimson Rosella mutations. You will 
find multiple examples that match this bird and provide an explanation. I'm not 
sure whether this particular mutation is known in wild crimson rosellas, but I 
think there have been enough cases of the 'Blue' mutation reported that such 
mutations could occur naturally.
