Today I was surprised to hear a White plume calling as I packed groceries into the boot of my car parked under Riverside Shops Queanbeyan at 1.30pm. My parking spot looked out onto both Monaro and Collette Sts. The bird was in the bushes on
the Monaro St side of the carpark
There are good plantings native trees bushes and grasses in the area. It is most encouraging.
