About six YFHE were spotted and heard flying over my garden this morning in a westerly direction.  I suspect this is the beginning of the migration.

Also at least 6 Pied Currawong arrived in my Garden Bird Survey area, singing and calling continually during the mid -afternoon.  In addition to this there were more Pied Currawong heard and seen outside the GBS area.
