I saw and heard a Fan-tailed Cuckoo in a large Casuarina bordering Tuggeranong Creek, just down from the lake overflow just after 1pm today.  I also saw one sitting on the power lines opposite the swimming pool, a few minutes later, which I think was a different bird.
