In this street the magpie nest has an advanced young.  On the other hand the A Rav nest has just produced 2 flying young, usual timing for this winter-nesting species.  Both nests are in large yellow-box trees about 100m apart, the magpie quite low and the raven in a bulky nest at the top of a very tall tree.  Nest locations are indicated below. A passer-by was asked to stand by each tree to give an idea of their size.
