Eastern Yellow Robin at the ANBG Saturday afternoon (July 29) - nesting material? A Brown Thornbill also carrying grass in the same dark area in the vicinity of section 98.

Near ANBG this morning I heard a Yellow Robin giving its CHOP CHOP breeding season call – first time I’ve heard it this Winter, or rather Sprinter. Always a stirring sound!

 

Last year I first heard it on July 29.
