Among tuneful birds I’ve often heard magpies, willy wagtails, white-winged fairy-wrens and various cuckoos calling through the night, but I don’t remember noticing currawongs doing it

I heard Pied Currawongs calling between the hours of 2am and 4am this morning, a sound I usually associate with dawn, dusk and any other time of the day.  I'm not usually awake at those night time hours, so perhaps it is fairly common with the street lights or when there is a lot of moon light?
