Interesting, I haven't heard a Koel since the 26 Feb & then only briefly, but lots during Jan. I haven't heard a juvenile Koel around my residence in Watson this season. The Wattlebirds have fledged four lots of chicks from nests in front of my residence so they may be waking up to what Koels in this location are about.
