I still have one spot to fill on the COG Members Night program.

It would be great if one of COG’s excellent photographers would be happy to show some images of the ACT birding highlights for 2016 and/or introduced us to the newly formed COG photography group.

Many thanks for your kind consideration.

Hello COG members/subscribers

As is often the case I’ve had a very limited response to my initial call for offers for members to present on COG Members’ Night on 8 February.

So here’s the chance for those holding back wondering whether there’s still a spot left and/or whether to put their hand up.

All offers will be gratefully received and considered.

Again many thanks for your kind consideration.

Jack Holland

Hello subscribers,

Could I please draw your attention to the request below for offers from members to give short presentations on their topic of their choice to be delivered on COG Members’ Night to be held on Wednesday 8 February.

Many thanks for your kind consideration.

Jack Holland

COG Members’ Night

Due to the continued unavailability of the meeting venue in January (and now also in December) the annual COG Members Night has been moved February, at least for 2017.

A program will be drawn up allowing COG members to contribute short presentations (about 10-15 minutes long) on a range of bird related topics.  So if you have a favourite birding moment for 2016, some special photos to share with members, a birding story to tell, or anything that you think might be of interest to other members, please contact Jack Holland (6288 7840 A/H), or by E-mail on ) as soon as possible.

As usual members who have not presented to COG before are particularly encouraged.
