The responses I have seen so far mention culverts. That causes me to recall the colony which used to exist at the Red-backed Kingfisher site in West Macgregor. This was the only one I
can remember which had the nests built into a creek bank so may be interesting for someone to check.
I haven't been there for a while but it's possibly accessible from the end of John Holt St in Macgregor.
