I dropped into Rowes Lagoon about 4.00pm this afternoon for a quick look. It is the fullest I have seen it. All was pretty quiet on the avian front, a few black swans and swamphens but the highlight was a male musk duck displaying to a female for about ten minutes after which both lost interest and went their separate ways.
