Ryu, very interesting, from your kek kek kek call it appears a female has also already arrived, these often come later but in response to my post yesterday Christine D noted she had already seen a female this year.  In my experience the behaviour you describe has been associated with fledglings around or young likely to leave the nest, though I have also observed it earlier in the season [see CBN 41 (2) 135-139 (2016)].
Christine and I have also already heard the wirra wirra call (or whoa whoa as I prefer) which we believe is made by the male in the presence of conspecifics.

So not only do they seem to have arrived early, they may also be preparing for breeding much earlier – Red Wattlebirds look out!

And my first Koel/s for the season in Fadden this afternoon, a very brief kek-kek at 6:55pm when I was like 'did I just hear a koel or was that nearby machinery', but at 7:15pm both Ko-el and kek-kek calls from at least one but perhaps up to 3 birds loud and frequent, one bird flying around around our house.
