I was hoping to get to try out the breeding codes on my IPhone eBird this morning and was not disappointed. 3 Cygnets for the Black Swans and two large broods of duckings for Pacific Black
Duck. 4 dependent young for the Masked Lapwings. The flexibility of the app was useful when I realised the Magpie Larks were not Occupying a nest in front of Adrea hide but in fact still building it.
Also present was a Royal Spoonbill: the first I have seen there for a fair while. Perhaps it was checking out The Tree for a nest site?
