Have just had a delightful and inspiring 2-3 hours watching Rainbow Bee-eaters
hawking for insects above the main Strathnairn Dam today. At first they also
dipped into the water and then spent time in the nearby trees preening their
feathers.
I've never seen them at Strathnairn before.
