Think I would go with Reef Egret, striated has a black cap which this one does not have.

Hi Everyone,
A friend took this shot recently and I am unable to positively ID it ... Eastern Reef Heron is about all I could come up with, but the yellow bill doesn't seem to fit.
Help with Id would be much appreciated.
