A Pied Butcherbird was watching for prey at the Strathnairn Homestead Gallery gate area on Friday afternoon (29th). Just prior to my sighting it the two juvenile Grey Butcherbirds had been hunting in the same place. My first sighting of the PBB was in the same spot on 15th July.
