I had brief glimpses of a Pied Butcherbird at STrathnairn at 13.52 Friday
afternoon (15th) July.
Through the binoculars and when zooming the image here the white collar
extending behind the head is quite definite.
During the morning there were at least two juvenile Grey Butcherbirds heard and
then seen hunting from various dead branches and fence posts around the
Strathnairn Arts property.
Alas no sighting of Scarlet Robins in this visit though.
