Please note that the walk scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed to Sunday 3rd July, the day after the election.  I have made this decision based on the weather forecast of a very high chance of rain tomorrow.

In relation to the proposed new development in Tuggeranong, note that the ACT Government has called for a second round of community consultation despite an overwhelmingly negative response from the public: http://www.canberratimes.com.au/act-news/second-round-of-consultation-after-opposition-to-new-tuggeranong-suburb-20160527-gp5rp9.html

I believe the case against development in this location is compelling and would urge anyone with a passion for protecting the river to get involved in our campaign and to join in the consultation process by emailing:
