I have found the South-East Local Land Services in QBN helpful in this
regard, i.e. putting me in touch with a bloke who has a grazing permit
on a TSR and facilitating my access to it. Using that approach means
that the LLS officer reminds the permit holder that one of the
conditions of the grazing permit is that people are legally entitled to
use the TSR for birding.
