Grazing permits for TSRs do not allow the holders of those permits to deny access to people such as birdwatchers (we are "passive recreational" users).
I now have a contact in Local Land Services in Yass who is happy to facilitate access to places like the Mullion TSR. My contact has just joined COG, and has suggested some other likely places to visit (which I'll pass on to Sue for possible inclusion
in a field trips program in the future)
