At 11:30 AM today two Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoos flew ever so slowly over Holt shops. Deliberate, slow wing beats interspersed with short little glides, poetry in slow motion. They seemed to be heading in the general direction of Strathnairn Homestead where I’ve seen pairs and small groups previously.
