Hi Geoffrey,

I should also say that it is not necessary for interested people to formally book for the talk at this stage.

(although it is nice to know for numbers of seats and catering purposes).

Cheers,

Linda

Hallo Geoffrey,

I thought you may be interested to know that so far we have about 20 people registered for your talk on Tuesday.

I wonder if you or one of your fellow COG members will be mentioning at the next COG meeting as well?

Cheers,

Linda

PS Below is a copy of the information we have been distributing, in case you would like to have it.

Talk about the Birds of Black Mountain

Tuesday 12 April 12.30to 1.30pm

Geoffrey Dabb is a lifelong birdwatcher and more recently a photographer of birds. He has looked up old records and surveys of birds on Black Mountain and compared those records with what can be found there today. The results indicate, sadly, that several species have declined and some are no longer to be found. However, there is still much that can be seen, and the list of species that might be found in the course of a year remains surprisingly long.

Meet    Lower Ground Floor Telstra Tower. .

Cost    Gold coin donation.

Bookings       Please email your name and phone number to m("gmail.com","friendsofblackmountain");" target="_blank">, or phone Linda (0437 298 711) so that we have enough seats, or you can be contacted in case arrangements need to change.
