Is there any way of determining whether this is a Horsfields,  or a Shining, Bronze-Cuckoo?

I thought Shining.

Seen briefly (only from below) at the Sanctuary at Tidbinbilla this morning.

On the road between Stromlo and Cotter, came round a corner and was confronted 30 m or so away by a W-tailed Eagle swooping down to grab by one foot a presumably road-kill rabbit from the centre of the road – dramatic close-up view- and luckily we were driving slowly.
