Around 9.15am Yellow-faced Honeyeater in groups of about 40 streamed from Narrabundah Hill and over my GBS and over Duffy.   I then went up the hill at 10am to see what was happening and walked all the way around from the tank end. On the South Western side, similar movements of YFHE were welcomed by lots of very noisy Pied Currawong, quite a few Black-faced Cuckoo Shrike, 1 Brown Goshawk, and 1 Australian Hobby.  On the north western side of the hill about 6 similar flocks of YFHE passed from the direction of Mount Stromlo into the trees on the slope of the hill, where they appeared to be feeding and resting before moving on. Movements appeared to cease about 12.15pm

All in all a very worthwhile 3 hours spent.  35 species including 2 Scarlet Robin, 3 Dusky Woodswallow and 1 Grey Currawong (heard).

6 White-throated Needletail were hawking high over my GBS then over Duffy Hindmarsh Drive and Stirling.
