Hi all,

I saw this cormorant in tassie today and was hoping someone could help me with the id. Initially i thought little pied juvenile but it seemed bigger. The pale bill made me think pied but i really dont know. Apparently  pied is uncommon here so  probably not likely. Could it be a young blackfaced? I've  never seen a pied or black faced ...
