Overhead in Macquarie, Belconnen ... I didn't get my camera until it had been chased upwards, was about 40 metres up when I first saw it, just circling around not caring that every single bird within a mile was freaking out ... Gang-gangs, galahs, cockatoos, magpie larks, magpies careening all over the sky ... though it was a pair of rainbow lorikeets that pursued it the longest ... from a safe distance.

Sorry for the poor quality photo - it was quite high up by the time I eventually ran indoors to grab my camera.

Collared Sparrowhawk?
