Yes I agree and also at John Knight Memorial Park, Lake Ginninderra yesterday.

The other observation that is most noticeable at my place (Holt) is the young 
Starlings and Common Mynas coming in to the suburbs during the evening from the 
surrounding paddocks, often harassed by the local Hobby looking for a quick 
snack before bedtime.

In Turner yesterday morning early we had the first of the sort of widespread 
calling and carrying on that Pied Currawongs do when the breeding season has
