My understanding is that the "white morph" is regarded as being a form of the Brown Goshawk.

The Grey Goshawk is a separate species, I believe.

 

By coincidence, I saw one near Pambula (far south coast) yesterday.

Spotted a white morph while driving on the Monaro highway at Fyshwick. Found it a little later on the Eastern side of the highway in the paddock between Canberra Ave and the rail line.

 

A lot of Grasshoppers around so it may hang around for a while.
