there are at least 4 musk lorikeets around. I saw them just now in flowering euc near the intersection of the 2 major paths through the Wanniassa Hills Primary School grounds. One of my hurried photos attached, showing 2 birds - I have even poorer ones
showing the 4 together.
Ryu Callaway joined me within minutes of my last message, and also saw/photographed 2 of the birds.
As soon as he'd finished looking at them and moved down toward the parking area, a group of 8 superb parrots flew between us.
