I imagine they are everywhere where there are reeds now. They have been calling all along Ginninderra Creek for two months now.
They are always elusive but if you actually want to see tham as well as hear them, you will be rewarded at Crace pond and wetland. It is an enclosed space with easy access paths and patience will be rewarded there with both Reed Warblers and Little Grass Birds.

There were at least two reed warblers in the reeds at the edge of West Lake (Acton Peninsula) yesterday.
