Those of you that know this bird will attest to its rapidity of movement, inability to stay still and general sulky habits, being much worse than our local Superb Fairy Wrens. Sometimes however you get lucky - like this lovely view of a fresh
male bird.
Recently filmed at the Hunter Wetlands Centre, Newcastle - always a great place to visit when in the area, where it was with the more numerous Superb Fairy Wrens.
