At Tuggeranong Hill yesterday morning there were lots of small birds enjoying the sunshine. Found a Brown Thornbill and a Striated Thornbill sharing a bath in a tiny trickle of water close to the electricity substation.
 Elsewhere in the reserve, a pair of Yellow-rumped Thornbills were busy putting finishing touches to a nest in a clump of mistletoe - both pulling bits of fluff or spiderweb from nearby trees and flying into the nest
