Having a hit around Royal Narrabundah by myself this morning, I experienced A Raven orange-ball predation on the FIRST hole.  Then, about abeam with Julian’s residence on the fifth, a poorly struck yellow ball was removed as soon as it stopped rolling by a raven that had been lurking above in a pine tree apparently for such an opportunity.  I then reverted to a white ball, but had lost heart, and only played a few more holes.  For some reason I was put in mind of the part-albino corvid of a few years ago.
