I vote for Cisticola because:

 

 

It is simple.

 

Reeds are part of the swamp ecosystem.

 

A passerine can be part of that ecosystem and build beautiful nests in reeds surrounding the water.

 

It adds variety to the present water-birds-only named hides, and invites exploration.

 

COG stands for more than just water-birds in swampland areas. Conservation of associated vegetation is important.
