I counted at least 10 this morning at the same site (6.30am to 8ish). They sat perfectly in the Yellow Box as the sun rose. Terrific views of the birds. Agree, there are juveniles amongst them.

Around 4.20 I observed 5 adult Swift Parrots coming to the flowering tree north of the Fouveaux Street entrance to Mt Ainslie. They moved around the immediate area in the next half an hour or so and were joined by another 4 birds, including at least two immatures (pale undertail coverts). Around 10 Superb Parrots inc immatures were also present.
