Plumed Whistlers There were approx 50 Plumed Whistling Ducks on or around the Trucking Yard dam yesterday, Thursday, evening at 6pm. Many were foraging in the dam itself. This is the first time I have observed them eating. I believe there were some at Kellys at the same time. Shelducks There were also at least 100 Shelducks around the Bungendore Meadow dam. There seemed plenty of both male and female but I did not have time to do a proper count of the two sexes Julienne |
