Hi,

After just over 12 months we have now arrived at the end of the Gang-gang survey.  Many thanks to all those involved in submitting observations.  At this stage it is difficult to assess the number of contributors but over 4000 observations have been submitted to the on-line portal and with paper records and observations from other sources we could be around the 5000 mark.

This has been an excellent effort and now it is up to the GG project team to make sense of all these observations.  As indicated in the March COG newsletter http://canberrabirds.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/GG-2015-March-WEB.pdf (page 14)the on-line portal will remain open until mid-April for those wishing to submit late records.

In the meantime, for those attending the COG monthly meeting this coming Wednesday (11th March) could you please bring along all your General Observation and Muster forms.

Chris
