I replied to Kevin stating that this is a genuine message.. I am not on grapevine or iinet, but with Bigpond (Telstra) and over the years I have received this message a number of times. Ultimately I receive a similar style of message that actually lists the messages that I have not received, giving me the message number. The vast majority of these messages I know I never received when they were originally sent and in some cases they can be up to several years old. I am not computer literate but do know that something somewhere is amiss with this system, hence the message that some of us have received. I think this needs to be looked into as it seems to be happening too often. mark From: Martin Butterfield [
