Yesterday in the garden was an ’S’ day with  two roaming brown Snakes . Only Small but very quick.
Then what I can only assume as evolution in action , thinking orb spiders taking on the habits of hermit crabs in garden with snail shell houses. 

It’s a trend.Observing the dynamics of construction would have been an interesting experience .

and the Stinkhorn fungus are breaking through the mulch again.
 

and a pair of Dollar birds on the wires along the cycle track running from McKellar to Ginninderra Drive ( vis versa ), for a week now.
