G'day all.
This weekend i had a mate from QLD visit to get three ticks.(and got all 3 ) Anyway one was the Pilotbird so i took him to Tidbinbilla and at one point there were three around us. It is at a spot i see or hear them most times i am there. At the carpark for the Lyerbird trail go up the hill until you get to the start of the track then when you cross the bridge continue up the hill and to the right, about 50m up the hill there is a tree laying down on the right hand side leading from the track to the creek, i can't guarantee you will see them but there is a high probability. For those interested here are the pics on my Flickr. |
